Waters ACQUITY UPLC Column In-Line Filter Kit – 205000343 is a complete in-line filtration assembly designed to protect compatible UPLC columns and instrument components from particulate matter.

The kit includes the in-line filter holder and five 0.2 µm stainless-steel replacement filters. Waters recommends filtration of buffers and samples before analysis to help reduce particulate build-up, extend column lifetime and minimize instrument downtime.

The 205000343 assembly is designed to connect to ACQUITY UPLC columns and VanGuard pre-columns. Waters also states that the holder can be used with compatible non-Waters columns that accept a V-Detail connection.
